Peter is a senior transformation and programme delivery specialist with experience across financial services, health, technology, government, procurement, operations and innovation. He helps leadership teams translate complex ideas into clear business cases, operating models, delivery roadmaps, governance and outcomes that can be evidenced.

His work combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, including programme mobilisation and recovery, business readiness, supplier alignment, benefit realisation and support before and after grant funding.
